The Problem

• Learners had no automated system to convert lecture recordings into structured, searchable study notes.
• Course creation was a manual, time-intensive process requiring instructors to write notes, quizzes, and curriculum from scratch.
• Existing learning platforms lacked AI personalisation, delivering identical content regardless of learner progress or gaps.
• No unified tool combined lecture capture, transcription, note generation, and interactive tutoring in one workflow.
• Students lacked an always-available, context-aware AI tutor that could answer follow-up questions on lecture material.

Our Solution

• Built a Next.js 14 platform with real-time lecture capture and speech-to-text transcription powered by Google Gemini AI.
• Implemented one-click AI-generated structured notes and full course generation directly from lecture recordings.
• Developed adaptive quizzes automatically created from lecture content to reinforce comprehension and surface knowledge gaps.
• Created an interactive, context-aware AI tutor with voice support for continuous personalised learning assistance.
• Architected the full system end-to-end covering frontend UI, backend APIs, Prisma + MongoDB schema, and AI workflow orchestration.

Impact

Enabled learners to go from raw lecture recordings to structured notes, adaptive quizzes, and full courses automatically, eliminating hours of manual study material creation.
