1. Services

JitterStack provides AI engineering, software development, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. JitterStack retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies developed during engagements.

3. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose project details, data, or business information without explicit written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

JitterStack's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal resolution.
